About SRY Solutions

Built for the operational work behind better care.

SRY Solutions partners with hospital and clinic leaders to bring greater discipline to the people, processes and systems that support care delivery.

Our approach

We make complex operating questions easier to act on.

Our work begins at the handoffs: where clinical teams, billing, technology, workforce and governance meet. We listen closely, map what is happening now, and shape practical improvements that leadership can own.

01

Understand the environment

Review the current operating model, priorities and constraints in context.

02

Identify what matters

Focus attention on the handoffs, leakage signals and bottlenecks that affect performance.

03

Create a practical path

Turn findings into clear actions, accountable ownership and meaningful review points.

Founder's message

In Loving Memory of My Father

Late Shri Sada Ram Yadav

Ex-BSF Inspector (Technical)

This organization is more than a professional journey for me. It is a humble tribute to my beloved father, Late Shri Sada Ram Yadav, Ex-BSF Inspector (Technical), whose life taught me the true meaning of honesty, compassion, courage, discipline and service to others.

I have always wanted to walk in his footsteps and carry forward the values he lived by — to be honest in our work, stand by people in difficult times, and help others without expecting anything in return.

A Story That I Learned About My Father

There is one incident about my father that I came to know only years later.

When my father was living on rent in Delhi, one evening he heard a couple in the neighbouring room crying. He asked one of his BSF colleagues what had happened. His colleague told him that he had already tried to ask them, but they had not shared anything.

My father said, "Come, let us ask them together."

They went to their room and asked the couple what had happened. Initially, they remained silent. After repeatedly asking with concern, the couple finally revealed that the landlord had been behaving inappropriately with the wife when her husband was away.

My father became extremely upset. He immediately stood up for them and made it clear that such behaviour would not be tolerated. The landlord's wife pleaded that it would never happen again, and only then did my father calm down.

But what touches me most is what happened next.

The following day, my father arranged chana for the family. After returning from his duty, he would help the husband prepare for the BSF recruitment examination. He personally helped him complete the application process, and within about a month, that man had joined the BSF.

My father never told me this story himself. I learned about it from that gentleman years later, when he was admitted to Medanta Hospital, where I was working at the time.

He also shared many other stories about my father — stories of how he would come forward whenever someone needed help, encourage young people to pursue a career in the forces, and guide them whenever he could.

For me, these stories are not simply memories. They are the values I want to carry forward.

Our Purpose

Inspired by my father's life and with the blessings of Mahadev, I am trying to build an organization based on the principles he followed throughout his life:

  • Integrity in our work.
  • Compassion for those in need.
  • Courage to do what is right.
  • Respect for every individual.
  • And a commitment to serve society.

As a small beginning, we have started providing free ambulance service for children and senior citizens aged 70 years and above, up to 10 km, because I believe that help should be available when people need it most.

We are also working towards developing other hospital and healthcare-related services that can make people's experiences easier, more transparent and more supportive.

My sincere aim is that every person who connects with our organization should feel that they are not simply dealing with a service provider — they are connecting with an organization that believes in helping people and creating genuine value.

I will continue to work with honesty, dedication and humility so that this organization grows in the right direction and becomes a source of support for many people.

Whatever we achieve, I will consider it a blessing from my father and Mahadev.

His life was his message. Our journey is an effort to carry that message forward.

In loving memory of Late Shri Sada Ram Yadav, Ex-BSF Inspector (Technical)
